Steve Ballmer is in the news again with his "non-partisan" "10-k" of the US government.Unfortunately, Mr. Ballmer is not honest.
Under the heading "The American Dream" we find this:

and it continues in the same fashion.
One wonders whether Mr. Ballmer, who certainly LIVED the American dream, never understood it?
